Refund policy
Sorry, no returns due to the medical nature of these products. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. But if you are unsatisfied with any of our products or services, please reach out to us and we will do our best to rectify any issues.

-Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unworn and unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Must be within 30 days or order.
1) If there was a shipping, packing or order error on behalf of The Cracked Canoe, we will make it right. This will be done through communication with the customer and either issuing a refund, or replacing the item. We may ask for product to be returned (to be used for demo products, etc.).
2) If you received a damaged item, or one that is not working as it should, we will either replace that item or refund you the cost of that specific item. Communication with the customer will determine best route of action. If your item was damaged in the mail, please contact the mail carrier.
